India is becoming a major player on the world stage. If India continues its economic growth you will see a vast increase of the standard of living. As for the religion aspect of India, wow 24,000,000 is a lot. Apart from that all I know of Indian religion is that there are a lot of deities and sects depending on the region in which you live. On a side note, I hope that you and all you love were not affected by the recent terrorist attacks in Mumbai. My simpathies are with your nation, and I hope the cowards responsible for this are brought to justice and that nothing like this ever happens to anyone again.
Do you know blogspot has been banned in India? and geocities too.
That is really sad. I prey this is just a short term over reaction that will pass quickly. If it is not then change it. Do you really think that any government could hope to go against the will of the people, especially with as many people as India has. I know that there are other people that feel that this is wrong. Get involved even if it is only to make people close to you aware. You would be suprise how quickly something like this can take off. While one person can't change the world; one person can change the minds of many and they many others.
